Villa Ponti Bellavista sleeps up to 13 guests comfortably, across 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in the main villa.

For larger groups, an optional two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment (sometimes called the dependance) can be added for an extra cost, sleeping up to 4 more guests, with both bedrooms enjoying lake views. It has its own external entrance and is finished to a simpler standard than the main villa, so it tends to suit staff or teenagers travelling with the group.

At a pinch, two further guests can be accommodated on sofa beds in the villa’s second living room, bringing total capacity to 19.
