Terms & Conditions

Check-in:- 4 PM (with possibility of earlier if another group is not leaving that morning)

Check-out:- 10 AM (with possibility of later if another group is not arriving that afternoon)

Heating and air conditioning charge based on metre readings on arrival and departure

Damage deposit €2000.

Event fee (for dinners/events involving extra guest not staying at the villa) to be negotiated depending on number of extra guests.

Wedding event fee €4000.

Maid service 2-3 hrs /day included for bookings of one week up to two weeks. Otherwise €20/hr.

Chef:- €95/person

Driver:- €150/day

Concierge Services:- €50/hr
